Need some advise on my peculiar career moves?

I've made some instable career moves like moving from a big mnc (being a non relevant exp) to a medium sized indian company.but i worked only for an year at my 1st job(i.e mnc) and then only for 4 months in my next.Then i went to try out on my own where i failed miserably,as i couldn't even start my own firm.Post which I've joined a masters course in a well reputed institute with good placements.Now there is a gap of 8 months between my joining the course and leaving my last organization.Will this affect my future job opportunities during placements?How do i present this positively to my advantage?
