Nutrition? Fruit Juice?

>So long as you are not diabetic and need to be concerned about sugar, stick with your fruit juice. Nothing unhealthy with that so long as your metabolism is working. Just remember that SUGAR is still SUGAR, whether it is NATURAL or it is ADDED. Fruit juice has natural FRUCTOSE which is a sugar. So you are still consuming 4 calories per gram of natural sugar.
